ABOUT THE SERIES
Florida holds a 7-0-1 advantage in the all-time series, which started all the way back in 1995. The second meeting, in 2007, was the lone draw, a scoreless final in Gainesville. The last matchup was a barnburner in each team's season opener on
Aug. 23, 2019. The Owls tied the game with 2:50 left in regulation to force extra time, but UF was able to achieve the golden goal at exactly the 95:00 mark to come away with a 3-2 win.
