This Week in Paradise, August 10

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Your Hometown Teams are back in Paradise. The 2026-27 athletic campaign is upon us, with women's soccer officially kicking off the fall season on Wednesday.
The first athletic event will be FAU women's soccer's annual stadium game on Howard Schnellenberger Field at Flagler Credit Union Stadium. The Owls will play host to FIU with kickoff set for 7 p.m. and tickets available HERE.
Sunday will be the opener at FAU Soccer Stadium, facing off against Miami.
Volleyball will host two exhibitions on Abessinio Court at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena in the upcoming week. Both are open to the public.
Men's soccer will begin the defense of their 2025 conference title is 10 days away from the start of its regular season, with the home opener in two weeks, while football fall camp is in full force in preparation for September.
