Owls Complete Day One at American Conference Championship

SARASOTA, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic men's golf team (+8) is in 10th place after the first round of the American Conference Championship. Round two begins at 8:33 a.m. on Tuesday.

Quick Hits

Biagio Gagliardi led the Owls on Monday with an even-par, 72.
After two bogeys on his opening nine, Gagliardi played clean golf the rest of the way, circling two birdies on the back nine.
The Italian is in 26th place heading into day two.
Freshman Louka Morin birdied three of his final five holes to sign for 74 (+2).
Morin is tied for 37th with Guilherme Grinberg, who also tallied three birdies on the closing stretch.
