PHOENIX – Florida Atlantic women's golf (+4) is in a tie for sixth place after the first round of the PING/ASU Invitational. Nancy Cox and Carolin Alblas posted matching rounds of -1 (71) to find themselves each inside the Top 20.
Quick Hits
- Cox and Alblas may have finished the day with the same score, but they arrived at their respective 71s in very different fashion.
- Alblas made 16 pars, two birdies, and one bogey.
