BOCA RATON, Fla. – After helping lead Florida Atlantic to a 68-63 win over UAB to complete the Owls' season sweep over the Blazers, guard
Erin Rodgers was named an American Conference Honorable Mention selection, as announced by the league office on Monday.
This marks the fourth time this season an Owl has earned an American weekly award and Rodger's fourth career American weekly honor and her first honorable mention selection.
She posted another career performance this week, leading the Owls with a career-best 25 points, shooting 9-of-14 from the field, 3-of-5 from 3-point range, and knocking down four free throws, to go along with four boards in the Owls' win over UAB.
