Owls to Begin 2026 at Home

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic men's and women's swimming and diving teams begin 2026 at home, set to host a four-team meet at the FAU Aquatic Center on Friday, Jan. 9th.
The Owls will be taking on the men and women of Wagner, American conference foe North Texas' women's swimming and diving team, as well as Minnesota's men's and women's diving squad.
Swim and dive action is set to begin at 10 a.m.
All home events at the FAU Aquatic Center are free admission.
LAST TIME OUT
Florida Atlantic closed out 2025 with their annual 'Fun Invite' against Old Dominion and Rice (women) in a non-scoring meet, featuring unique events. In her 50 back heat, freshman Viktoria Soerensen earned the win in the with a time of 31.85. Talitha McEwan won her heat of 10 swimmers in the 50 free (24.82). In a unique 100 medley relay, the team of James Shevchenko, Christoffer Weiss, Jayden Repak, and Leyton Roe tallied a victorious time of 42.06. Freshman Simon Wright won his heat in the 50 back with a time of 24.90, with Andrew Billitto took the second heat at 24.48.
ON DECK
The Owls will return to the FAU Aquatic center next Saturday, Jan. 17th to compete against the St. Thomas Bobcats for Senior Day. Prior to the meet, the Owls will be honoring their 17 seniors.
