Coach Jakus Meets with Media on Monday

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's basketball Head Coach John Jakus met with the media on Monday to discuss the beginning of American Conference play on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 1 p.m.

Jakus spoke about the Owls' return to Boca Raton to kick off American play and close out the year at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena on New Year's Eve. FAU will kick off conference play against UTSA. The Roadrunners are 4-8, and are 1-6 all-time in the Elly. The Owls are on a five-game winning streak against UTSA. In the last matchup between these two teams, FAU won 94-74 in Boca Raton.
