TULSA, Okla. – Newcomer Alexia Patru represented Florida Atlantic at the 2025 American Conference Individual Championships held in Tulsa, Oklahoma and hosted by the league.
Patru, a native of Romania, captured a first-round win over Caroline Alsono from Tulsa by a 7-5, 6-1 score, Thursday morning.
The Romania native advanced to the afternoon contest and fell to Sofiia Mykhailets (Memphis) Thursday afternoon by a 6-0, 6-1 score.
