How to Claim a Ticket

If you have a Ticketmaster account from last year that is associated with your FAU email address, simply click HERE sign in and claim your free ticket.
If this is your first time claiming a ticket OR you cannot remember your login credentials, please click HERE, select "Forgot My Password" and enter your FAU email address. From there, you can set up your new account and claim your tickets.

As a reminder, you must claim a free student ticket for entry to FAU football, basketball, baseball and softball events. For all other FAU sporting events, simply show your Owl Card at the gate.

While the student gate is gate 5, you can enter any gate if they already have their student ticket downloaded.

For events with a student ticket, you MUST download your ticket to your phone through Ticketmaster after you have claimed. This will allow you to enter the stadium via any gate, and skip the lines at the ticket booth.

What to Expect on Gameday
Be Ready to Sing. Be Ready to Dance. Be Ready to Scream. Gamedays are the biggest party on campus each home Saturday. The student section is the heartbeat of the stadium and helps fuel the team to victory. We need you to bring the energy INSIDE the stadium all season long!

The student section is located behind the visiting team bench (Be Loud!). Students can enter the stadium through Gate 5.

Make sure you've downloaded your ticket to your mobile Wallet for the quickest access to the stadium and the best available seats.

Student Parking

Student parking can be found in the Green/Cash Lots (Free w/ Student ID) or Parking Lot 5 (Behind Student Tailgate).

Clear Bag Policy

Florida Atlantic reviews its public safety and stadium security policies every year looking for ways to improve them. FAU strongly believes that the clear bag policy will enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient. This proactive measure will enhance safety inside and outside the stadium and will speed up the security screening process for our fans.
Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, no larger than 6.5"x4.5", with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the stadium with a clear plastic bag
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
- Any Bag larger than the permissible size
- Backpacks
- Cinch/Drawstring bags
- Coolers
- Fanny Packs
- Purses

Owl Ready App

Owl Ready is the official preparedness and safety app of Florida Atlantic University. In collaboration with the Department of Emergency Management the mobile app will now feature access to "Football Gameday 2024" for up-to-date Operational Gameday Policies and Procedures.

Guest Tickets
All students can purchase guest tickets for non-FAU students to sit in the student section. Football: $10 a ticket. All other sports: $5. For a guest ticket, click HERE.
