RALEIGH, N.C/GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida Atlantic's women's track & field team sent select runners to multiple meets over the weekend.

The Owls participated in the 1500m in addition to the 3000m steeplechase as part of the Raleigh Relays on Friday as well as the 1500m and 800m run in the Florida Relays on Friday and Saturday in Gainesville.

QUICK HITS

Jessica Lambert posted her season best time in the 800m with a mark of 2:07.28. This ranks 39th in the nation
Leah Helms set a new personal record in the 1500m (4:48.56)
Jessica Hatch recorded the sixth best time in FAU history in the 3000m steeplechase (11:23.96)

UPCOMING

The Owls return to Tampa for the second time this season to compete in the USF Invitational from Friday, Apr. 5 to Saturday, Apr. 6.
