Rodgers Earns League-Leading Third AAC Freshman of the Week Honor

BOCA RATON, Fla. – After helping lead the Owls in a top-10 battle against the No. 9-ranked TCU Horned Frogs this past week, Erin Rodgers was named the American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week, announced by the league office Monday.
The award marks the Owls' fourth weekly and Rodgers' league-leading third AAC Freshman of the Week honor this season.
Erin Rodgers had a solid performance for the Owls against No. 9-ranked TCU this week, tying for a team-leading 13 points, shooting 60 percent (6-of-10) from the field and 100 percent (1-of-1) from 3-point range, while also adding an assist, a board, and a block against the Horned Frogs.
