45 Owls Earn All-Academic Honors from AAC

BOCA RATON, Fla – A total of 45 Florida Atlantic student-athletes from men's soccer and women's swimming and diving earned a place on the 2022-23 American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team, the conference office announced on Thursday.
To be eligible for the honor, a nominee must have competed in an American Athletic Conference-sponsored sport, attained a minimum grade-point average of 3.00 for the preceding academic year, and completed a minimum of two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters of academic work, with a total of 18 semester or 27 quarter credits, not including remedial courses.
Men's soccer and women's swimming and diving competed as affiliate members of the AAC in 2022-23 and will now be joined this fall by the remainder of FAU's 15 competing sports.
