Boca Raton, Fla. – The 2023 schedule for the Florida Atlantic University women's soccer team was announced on Monday. Owls' head coach
Patrick Baker will enter his 11
th season at the helm of the program, which will also be the squad's first as a member of the American Athletic Conference.
The 2023 campaign will begin in FAU Stadium. On August 17, the Owls will square off with Little Rock to kick off the 2023-24 competition year for all of Florida Atlantic sports. Tickets for that game are available

The Owls are coming off an 11-8-3 2022 season in which they advanced to the Conference USA Championship Game. Florida Atlantic has qualified for the postseason in each of its last eight years, and its 11 wins last season were the most since 2019.
After the season opener in FAU Stadium against Little Rock, the Owls will head down I-95 to face Miami on Aug. 20. The Owls have three power five opponents in the non-conference schedule in Miami, Oklahoma State (Aug. 24) and Tennessee (Sept. 10).
The Owls' first match as a member of the American Athletic Conference will pit FAU against East Carolina on Sept. 14. Florida Atlantic's first home match in the AAC will be against Temple on Sept. 21. Oct. 15 is the Owls' home finale, when they will take on the Mean Green of North Texas.
