BOCA RATON, Fla. – Following the dominating midseason Patriot Invitational, in which the Florida Atlantic men's swimming and diving team took first place out of eight teams with a score of 1,059, the Owls have earned more weekly honors.

Timo Paisley has been named the ASUN Swimmer of the Week and
Trevor Kuhn has been named ASUN Diver of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon.

With the sweep, the third of the season, the Owls are now up to 10 weekly awards on the season.Â

This is the second career weekly honor and first of the season for the junior Paisley, who led the way on the swimming side with three gold medals: the 200 free (1:37.73), the 500 free (4:26.05 in the finals, 4:24.49 in the prelims), and 1650 free (15:36.36).

For the freshman Kuhn, he wins his second Diver of the Week award after posting a third place finish in the 3-meter dive with a score of 291.05 and a fourth place finish in the 1-meter with a mark of 273.65.

The Owl will enjoy some well-deserved rest. Select swimmers will regroup for the Toyota US Open and Open Water National Championship, while the rest of the team will compete in the Fun Invite at the FAU Aquatic Center on Dec. 20.
