BOCA RATON, Fla. – For the second time this season, FAU men's soccer claimed 50% of the AAC Weekly Awards.
Victor Claudel was named the Offensive Player of the Week while
Rotem Fadida earned the nod as Goalkeeper of the Week.
Noah Kvifte was also named to the league's weekly honor roll.

Claudel scored the Owls' first goal on Friday in the 2-1 win over No. 14 FIU and later provided the second assist on the eventual game-winner by Kvifte early in the second half. Claudel now leads the Owls with 15 points – five goals and five assists. This is his first AAC Player of the Week award. He has previously been named to the weekly honor roll on three separate occasions.

Fadida made four saves in the win to hold off the late FIU comeback attempt. The senior leads the American in total saves and saves per game. He's played every minute of every game in goal for the Owls – a total of nearly 1200 minutes, which also leads the AAC. This is Fadida's first Goalkeeper of the Week award.

Kvifte earned a spot on the weekly honor roll for the first time after his highlight-reel goal early in the second half which turned out to be the eventual game-winner. The Norwegian leads the Owls with six goals and is second with 13 points.

Florida Atlantic men's soccer returns to the pitch for senior night on Tuesday. The Owls will step out of league play to battle Florida Gulf Coast at 7 p.m. The AAC regular season finale is November 1 at USF.
