GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's swim & dive teams completed their first meet of 2023 against the University of Florida on Friday afternoon. This marked the final road meet that the entire men's and women's Owls squad is competing in before their respective conference championships (the women will have one more meet on the road at FIU.)

Quick Hits

Men

Alec Peckmann finished in second place in the 100 free (46.35), followed by Jackson Kirk in third (46.84). Peckmann also finished in second place in the 200 IM (1:53.95)
Dalton Lillibridge placed in second in the 200 breast (2:06.54)
Timo Paisley (4:39.49) and Logan Thornsberry (4:47.29), finished second and third, respectively, in the 500 free

Women

In the 3-meter dive, Alicia Mora placed in third with a score of 286.95
Lydia Lanahan earned second place in the 100 free (53.85). Dominique Sauger followed in third (55.75)
Roberta Circi (2:05.13) and Amelia Robertson (2:05.45) finished in second and third place, respectively, in the 200 back

On Deck

Next Saturday, the Owls will host their senior meet against St. Thomas, to begin at 11 a.m. The following seniors will be recognized:
