Williamsburg, Va. – With a final round score of 72 on Tuesday,
Clemence Cadeac finished in a tie for second at the William & Mary Fall Invitational. Cadeac's two-day, 54-hole total of 212 (-4) equaled Longwood's Annabelle Jennings and was seven shots behind Richmond's Hannah Lydic (-11).
Rosa Barnak also competed as an individual for the Owls and tied for 40th. The River Course at the Kingsmill Resort played host.
- Cadeac, who started the day four back of Lydic, began her day on the 10th hole with a bogey but quickly bounced back with birdies at 14, 15, and 17
- She would go out in one-under 35 and play the last nine holes in 37 for an even-par round of 72
- Cadeac totaled 11 birdies in the three-round event – third most in the field
- The Owls will compete as a team for the first time next week when they travel to Greenville, S.C. for the Furman Lady Paladin Invitational
- The two-day event begins September 23 at the Furman Golf Course
