Maguire, Grinberg Lead Owls on Day One at Streamsong

Bowling Green, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University men's golf endured multiple weather delays at the Allstate Streamsong Invitational on Monday. When play was eventually suspended due to darkness, the Owls were in 6th place as a team (-19) with four holes left to play in the second of three rounds. Led by an opening round 63 (-9) from Ben James, Virginia sits atop the leaderboard at -38.

- Alex Maguire is tied for 13th at -7 – the Irishman opened with four-under 68 and is three-under par nearing the end of his second round
- Guilherme Grinberg posted the Owls' low score in the first round with a five-under, 67
- Grinberg is one-under through 14 holes in round two and tied for 17th
