BOCA RATON, Fla. – Fernanda Nelson, Florida Atlantic University head volleyball coach, has released the Owls' Volleyball Summer camp dates. All sessions will be held on the Abessinio Court at FAU Arena, on the Boca Raton campus.
Four sessions are available, with limited spots in an effort to abide by FAU's COVID-19 protocol, so register early. The first camp, scheduled for July 12-14, is open to ages 9-18 at a cost of $300. The second camp, a positional camp, is scheduled for July 15-16, and will cater to athletes ages 9-18. The cost for this two-day camp is $240. Session three is slated for July 19-21, and will be the second positional camp; however, it will be a three-day camp versus the previous camp, which is two, and will cost $300. The final Owls' Volleyball Camp will be July 22-23 and it will be a two-day positional camp and will cost $240.
Camps start each day at 9 a.m. Campers should arrive dressed and ready to learn, develop and have fun. Please come to camp with a face mask, appropriate shoes, volleyball training clothes, knee pads, and most importantly, a clearly marked water bottle.
