BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team has its next-to-last home matchup in this monthlong stretch, tangling with North Florida for a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. on Abessinio Court inside FAU Arena.

Owls' Week in Review
The Owls (4-4) evened up their season mark by leading Stetson for over 36 minutes of gameplay and by as much as 17. Alijah Martin paced a quintet of double-digit scorers with 17, leading the Owls in scoring for the third time this season – and scoring 10 or more for the sixth time in eight games.

Everett Winchester was 7-of-8 for a season high 15, Bryan Greenlee tied his season high with seven assists to go along with 13 points, and Vladislav Goldin clogged the stat sheet with 12 points, eight boards and new collegiate highs of four assists and three steals.

Michael Forrest, on his birthday eve, took just five shots towards 10 points, but set a year's best with five assists. He is now at 993 career points with game No. 97 on the horizon Sunday.

Owls' Opponent in Preview
North Florida (2-7) has its two wins coming in its last four games, but has played a tough schedule, with games at Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Grand Canyon, Arizona State, UCLA and Kentucky. The Ospreys were voted seventh in the Atlantic Sun preseason poll, with Carter Hendricksen voted to the league's preseason All-Conference squad. He's lived up to that billing so far at a team-leading 12.7 points per game, while making 24 3-pointers in nine contests at a percentage of 37.5.

Opponent History
FAU has won all five matchups in the series, including a 79-77 win in Jacksonville last December. Prior to that, the most recent contest was 2007 (and all four before in the 2005-07 range). In Boca Raton, it's a 2-0 Owl advantage, the last being that '07 decision, 70-64 on Dec. 19.
