BOCA RATON, Fla. – The 2021 Conference USA Women's Soccer Championship bracket has been revealed. Florida Atlantic University will serve as the host for the conference tourney, beginning Monday at FAU Soccer Stadium.
The fourth-seeded Owls will take on the fifth-seeded 49ers of Charlotte on Nov. 1 in one of two play-in games. That match will begin at 7 p.m., while Monday's action will start with UTSA vs. North Texas, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 3, will feature a quadruple header starting with Rice vs. Middle Tennessee at 11 a.m. Top-seeded Old Dominion, from the East, awaits the winner of UTSA and North Texas at 1:30 p.m., while WKU and UAB will battle at 4:30 p.m. Southern Miss, the West's No. 1 seed, will take on the winner of FAU and Charlotte at 7 p.m.
The semifinals will take place on Nov. 5 at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. The championship match is set for Nov. 7 at 1:00 p.m. The winner of the C-USA Championship receives an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. Rice is the reigning champion from the 2020 conference tournament.
The conference tournament appearance is the seventh in a row for FAU, which is a streak that began in the 2015 season.
