First and foremost, we hope you and yours remain safe.

Our administration and coaches have been working remotely like many of you, focusing on the well-being of our student-athletes, staff and fans, while also preparing for the upcoming football season. We are committed to providing exemplary customer service to all our season ticket holders and donors.

We understand many families are feeling the economic impact of Covid-19 and it is our goal to help our fans get through the current climate. We are grateful for our season ticket holders and Paradise Club members who provide life-changing opportunities for our student-athletes. Whether you have already completed your ticket order, or you are making decisions on how to proceed, we want to provide a look into our process as we move forward. These changes are designed to provide our fans additional flexibility.

Extended Deadline

We will be extending the season ticket renewal deadline to June 30. No additional money is due at this time. Seasons tickets can be renewed online via your FAU Account Manager here. New season tickets can be purchased here.
As an added benefit, renewing your season ticket(s) by the deadline will guarantee you to receive your very own Conference USA Championship replica ring gift*.

*One (1) ring per account

Payment Plan Flexibility

Fans can now purchase their season tickets on a payment plan through the months of May, June, July and August. Payment plans are available online through FAU Account Manager or by calling 1-866-FAU-OWLS.

Refund Policy for Altered 2020 Season
In the event there are any game cancellations for the upcoming football season, any FAU ticket holders wishing to opt out will have the following options available to them:

Option 1: Donate the credit to the Paradise Club to benefit student athlete scholarships. By selecting this option, the transfer value of your impacted tickets/parking will be considered a 100% philanthropic donation that will be tax-deductible.

Option 2: Account credit with 10% bonus. By opting for an account credit, the funds will be held on your FAU account and will be available to apply towards future FAU ticket purchases. Additionally, if you choose this option, you will benefit from a 10% bonus credit incremental to the total amount of your impacted tickets/parking. Please note, any unused credits will expire following the 2021 season.

Option 3: Refund the cost of your tickets and parking. By selecting this option, a refund for the impacted games will be issued to the credit card used in the initial transaction.

Please note, if the schedule is altered, we will reach out with options regarding your commitment.
