BOCA RATON, Fla - The Moon Golf Invitational was suspended early Monday, leaving the Florida Atlantic University women's golf team three holes away from a complete second round. The Owls will finish Rounds two and three on Tuesday.

As it stands, FAU sits 16th at the tournament Louisville is hosting at the Duran Golf Club in Melbourne, Florida. Seminole State is in the lead with a 267.Â

Justine Fournand tied for 11th in the first round with a 1-under-par 71. She's only four strokes behind the current leader, Furman's Anna Morgan.Â

Rosa Barnak, who's participating as an individual and doesn't factor into FAU's team score, is tied for 33rd with a 1-over-par 73.

The Owls have 21 holes left to climb the leaderboard.
