BOCA RATON, Fla. – Conference USA has released its regular season men's and women's basketball conference schedules, as announced by the league on Monday.
The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's teams will play a new 18-game season format for conference play to focus on the health and safety of the student-athletes. In this format, the schools will play two games per visit at four different C-USA schools and host four select teams for a two-game series. The Owls will also play in-state rival FIU in a one-time home and away series.
The men's team will ring in the new year on Thursday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 2 with its conference-opening two-game set against Middle Tennessee. FAU men's basketball's C-USA schedule can be found

The respective 20201 C-USA Basketball Championship presented by the Baylor, Scott & White Sports Performance Center at The Star are set for March 10-13 in Frisco, Texas. The top 12 regular season finishers in conference play will punch a ticket to the C-USA Championships.
With this new format, teams will significantly reduce the amount of travel required during conference play in order to minimize any risks linked to COVID-19. The final week of the season will also be blocked out to be used for the re-scheduling of potential postponed games.
