COACH NEFF'S TAKE
"Match play is something I want to try and incorporate into our schedule each year with it being such a high energy and team-bonding competition. It also is how we determine our eventual team national champion at the end of the season. We had glimpses of good play, but still can improve at finding a way to get the job done. Rosa and Amanda stepped up with two wins each and halving their other match. We're anxious to utilize the next eight days before we tee it up for our home event."

UP NEXT FOR THE OWLS
The Owls will be back in action on their home turf in the FAU Winter Warm-Up on Feb. 17 and 18 at the Osprey Point Golf Course.
GOLF FORE AFRICA
All this season the Owls will be teaming up with Golf Fore Africa to raise money for clean water in rural Africa. The team's goal is to raise enough money to build a well for a village in Zambia, providing clean water for an entire community.
One well costs $15,000 to build and brings clean water to 300 people for life. Just a $50 donation brings clean water to one person for a lifetime. To date, Golf Fore Africa has built 160 wells and FAU is looking to be the first collegiate program to raise complete funding for a well.
