Women's Golf Announces 2018-19 Schedule

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's golf team has announced its schedule for the 2018-19 season. The schedule includes four fall events and six spring competitions with one home meet in both portions of the schedule.
"I am looking forward to the season getting started," said first-year Head Coach Aimee Neff. "We are thankful for the opportunities we have to compete and represent FAU this fall and upcoming spring on the course."
The Owls start the 2018-19 season at the Pirate Classic in Greenville, North Carolina on September 17 and 18. The fall schedule continues at the Jacksonville University Classic in Ponte Vedra, Florida on October 1 and 2.
On October 15 and 16, FAU will host the Florida Atlantic Fall Invitational at Osprey Point. Teams participating in the tournament will be announced later in the season. The Owls wrap up fall play at the Pat Bradley Invitational in Lakewood Ranch, Florida on October 21-23.
The spring season opens with the Florida Challenge held in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa Palms Golf Club on January 28.
The Owls will host teams for the FAU Winter Warm-Up February 17 and 18 at Osprey Point. In March, FAU will play in a trio of tournaments to conclude the regular season. First is the Seminole State Spring Break in Lake Mary, Florida on the 5 and 6.
Then the Owls will play in the Tar Heel Classic in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic on the 15 and 16. The tournament will be played at the Teeth of the Dog, ranked the No. 1 golf course in the Caribbean and No. 27 course in the world.
FAU will play in The Strutter in Statesboro, Georgia on March 31 and April 1 for the final tournament of the regular season.
The Conference USA Championship will be held in Fort Myers, Florida at the Verandah Golf Club on April 15-17. The NCAA Regionals will take place on May 6-8 hosted by Michigan State, Auburn, Wasington and Oklahoma.
