Bolsova, Aguilar Garner National Rankings

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Florida Atlantic University women's tennis sophomore Aliona Bolsova climbed to No. 2 in the ITA singles rankings, while Boslova and her teammate Jemi Aguilar are now ranked No. 57 in doubles.
Bolsova sits at 13-0 at the No. 1 singles spot for the Owls this spring, recently defeating No. 11 Gabriela Knutson of Syracuse. In her 13 straight-set victories, Bolsova has won 11 sets by a score of 6-0 and 25 by a score of 6-2 or better.
At doubles, Bolsova/Aguilar are 6-2 in duals at the No. 1 spot with their only loss in the last 10 matches coming at the hands of the No. 50 duo from Florida State.
The Owls host College of Charleston Thursday, March 22 at 11 a.m. Admission is free at the FAU Tennis Complex.
