JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team finished its road tilt with a 4-1 win at North Florida on Sunday with newcomer Kristen Thoms winning the deciding point for the Owls.
- Aliona Bolsova and Jemi Aguilar took their doubles match 6-3 before Natalia Boltinskaya/JaCara Gillis won the point for the Owls with their 6-3 victory
- In singles play, No. 4 Bolsova remained unbeaten with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Rafaela Gomez to improve to 7-0 this spring
- Boltinskaya improved to 6-2 after a 6-1, 6-4 victory against Valentina Mariotto at No. 2 singles
- UNF's Lucia Montano topped Marisa Ruiz 6-2, 6-0 to put the Ospreys on the board
- Thoms ended the match with her 7-6 (9-7), 6-3 win over Eva Nyikos in the No. 3 slot
