Ivone Martinez Named C-USA Setter of the Week

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Florida Atlantic University volleyball senior Ivone Martinez has been named Conference USA Setter of the Week. It is the fifth time she has won the award this season.

The senior from had another outstanding week as she continues to quarterback the Owls' offense. On Friday, she had 57 assists, nine digs, three kills and four block assists against Southern Miss. Then on Sunday versus Charlotte, she had 57 more helpers and added 14 digs for her 31st career double-double. For the weekend, she averaged 12.67 assists and 2.56 digs per set in the Owls' two victories.
