Sandy Owls Headed to Springhill Suites Invitational

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University beach volleyball team travels to the Springhill Suites Invitational, hosted by Florida State University on April 7-8. The Owls will play four nationally ranked opponents at the event.

FAU will open play on Friday, April 7 against no. 10 Georgia State and no. 11 South Carolina at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively. The Owls will conclude the tournament on Saturday, April 8 as they face #16 TCU and the host and fourth-ranked Seminoles at .

Last Week: The Owls (18-5) lost three of their four matches at the FIU Surf and Turf Tournament, defeating New Orleans. The duo of Nicole Grant and Nicole Navarro won three of their four matches defeating nationally ranked No. 3 UCLA and No. 12 Arizona State.
