FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Ricky Hendler shot 1-under at the three-round Fort Lauderdale Intercollegiate, finishing second out of 84 players as the Florida Atlantic University men's golf team placed fifth in the 14-team field.

• Hendler improved each round in his 73-72-70 215 outing, climbing three spots in the final round. Hendler tallied 12 birdies, the second-most in the field.
• Chris Thomas shot 76-72-78 for 226, tying for 19th place
• Brian Dolehide tied for 31st with his 79-77-73 229 and lead FAU in par-5 scoring at 4.67
• Caleb Sibley evened out at 77 each round to finish tied for 37th
• Luke Campbell shot a hole-in-one on the 167-yard 17th on Monday en route to his 81-73-78 to tie for 39th
• Adam Friedman joined Campbell in 39th playing individually with a low of 74 on Tuesday
• Sully Zagerman shot 236 for 52nd place overall
