Ponta Vedra Beach, Fla. â€" The Florida Atlantic University women's golf team finished its twoâ€"day Jacksonville Classic at the Marsh Landing Country Club, closing out the second and third rounds 12 strokes better than its first round.

• Jennifer Keim lead the way for the Owls finishing 29th out of 81 competitors with a 79-76-77, 232
• Newcomer Amanda Leslie finished strong with a team best final round of 74, which was tied for tenth best, to finish 29th with an overall score of 80-78-74, 232
• Daniela Castaneda, a St. John's transfer, finished fifth best on Par 3s (+1) and 11th best on Par 5s (Even) across all three rounds
• Overall, the Owls shot a 325-313-313, 951 improving on round average from its 325-330, 655 from last month's Lady Falcon Invitational
