The Second Annual FAU Football Kickoff Celebration, presented by JM Lexus was held on Wednesday, Aug. 31 at Tech Runway and was an event to kick-off the start of the football season and celebrate the Owl's successes.
Guests were treated to samplings from area food vendors like Potions in Motion, Ruth's Chris, Coldstone, BurgerBar, Maggiano's, Max's Grille, Melting Pot, Arc Broward and Ocean's 234.
ESPN West Palm 106.3's Ken LaVicka emceed the event which featured guests such as FAU President John Kelly, FAU Vice President and Director of Athletics Pat Chun, JM Lexus Vice President and General Manager Jim Dunn, and FAU Head Football Coach Charlie Partridge as well as representation from each of the Owls' 21 teams.
