Three coaches will be featured on Monday night's radio show and the trio have a combined 2016 record of 29-4. FAU's head baseball coach John McCormack has his Owls sitting at 9-1. Capri Grotowski, the Owls' head beach volleyball coach opened play last weekend and are 3-1 while Joan Joyce's softball teams sits at 17-2.

F.A.S.T. is the weekly radio show which takes place at the Boca Raton Tilted Kilt, 3320 Airport Road, from 6-7 p.m. Join host Brian Rowitz, from ESPN 106.3, McCormack, Grotowski and Joyce as they discuss 2016 and the upcoming action for each of the teams.
