Two coaches will be featured on Monday night's radio show and the have a combined 2016 record of 34-7. FAU's head baseball coach John McCormack has his Owls sitting at 13-2. Joan Joyce's softball teams sits at 21-5. While both are ranked or receiving votes, beach volleyball snuck into the national poll last week at No. 17.

F.A.S.T. is the weekly radio show which takes place at the Boca Raton Tilted Kilt, 3320 Airport Road, from 6-7 p.m. Join host Ken LaVicka, from ESPN 106.3, McCormack and Joyce as they discuss 2016 and the upcoming action for each of the teams.
