Owls Face In-State Rival Miami

BOCA RATON, Fla. - (Dec. 14, 2016) - The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team will play its first game since its 79-77 overtime win over Ohio State on Dec. 6 on Friday against the University of Miami.

History: The Hurricanes lead the all-time series 21-1. UM won the last meeting 93-90 in double overtime on Dec. 17, 2011 as part of the Orange Bowl Classic. FAU's only win in the series came on Dec. 3, 2002, when the Owls beat UM 74-73 in overtime at FAU Arena.
