HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. -

The Florida Atlantic University women's golf team remained in 17th place after day two of the 2015 Bearcat Spring Classic. The Owls had a two-round total of 674.

The team's top finisher for the second day in a row was junior Heather Netti who improved her second round score to 78 and is tied for 30th.

Freshmen Yumi Fujii and Macarena Haupt are both tied for 81st place with two-day totals of 171. Fujii birdied the par four 16th hole.

In 89th is senior Nicole Marino who shot rounds of 89 and 85. Rounding out the group is Emily Peters with a two-round total of 188. She also hit a birdie on the 16th hole in round two.

The third and final round of the tournament will begin with an 8:00a.m. shotgun start on Sunday, March 22. Live scoring can be viewed at http://bfire.co/-d927b/.
