BOCA RATON, Fla. - Florida Atlantic women's tennis traveled to Naples, FL to take on the Milwaukee Panthers and came away with a 4-2 win. FAU is on a five-match win streak and 9-1 in their last 10 matches. FAU is 3-0 when playing at neutral sites this season.

FAU senior duo Stephanie Cardullo and Taylor Briggs defeated Hayley Marshall and Chelsea Bailey 6-1. Cardullo and Briggs have won four consecutive matches. FAU freshman duo Jennifer Leib and Marisa Ruiz defeated Mardee Merar and Dana Shannon by default for their second consecutive victory.

In singles FAU senior Catalina Ene defeated Chelsea Bailey 6-3, 6-4. Cardullo playing the number two position defeated Hayley Marshall 4-6, 6-4, 11-9 to extend her win streak to three. FAU senior Natalia Tomaszewicz defeated Dana Shannon 6-2, 6-1.

FAU has only two matches left before the Conference USA tournament in Houston TX. The Owls are back in action March 25, at 2 p.m. against New Mexico State at home at Patch Reef Park.
