Men's Hoops Travels to EKU, Tennessee, Face Florida State in Orange Bowl Classic

BOCA RATON, Fla. The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team resumes its schedule in full swing with games at Eastern Kentucky and Tennessee before facing Florida State in the Orange Bowl Classic.
Last week: FAU defeated Ave Maria 72-59 on Thursday, but fell to in-state rival UCF 75-61 on Saturday. Freshman Jesse Hill had the best week of his young career, scoring 11 versus Ave Maria before tallying a career high 22 points against UCF.
History: The Owls won last year's game against EKU 69-66 in the first ever meeting between the two schools. Wednesday's game against Tennessee will be the first with the Volunteers. Florida State has won all four previous meetings, but Saturday's meeting will be the first game between the two since December of 1997.
