Owls Wrap Up Regular Season With Road Trip

Last week: FAU held off a North Texas rally to defeat the Mean Green in five sets on Friday. The Owls were swept by WKU on Sunday, but clinched a spot in the conference tournament due to other results around the league. History: FAU has won four of its five all-time meetings with Charlotte, including a straight set win earlier this season in Boca Raton. The Owls lead the all-time series with Louisiana Tech 3-1. FAU swept Louisiana Tech in the Owls’ last home match last season. Coverage: Links to live stats of both matches will be available at fausports.com. Upcoming: The Owls will head to the C-USA tournament, held Nov. 20-22 in San Antonio, Texas.
BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will end the regular season with a road trip to Charlotte and Louisiana Tech. Thursday’s match at Charlotte will start at 7 p.m. eastern, while Louisiana Tech is set for a 6 p.m. eastern start. This week’s matches will determining seeding for the upcoming Conference USA tournament. FAU is currently in sixth place in the league standings, but could rise as high as third after this weekend’s matches.
