Owls Travel to UAB, Middle Tennessee

BOCA RATON, Fla.- The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will travel to face Conference USA opponents UAB and Middle Tennessee this weekend. Friday's match at UAB will start at 8 p.m., while Sunday's match against Middle Tennessee begins at 2 p.m.
Last week: FAU swept Charlotte in its only match last weekend. Maja Ristic had a match high 18 kills and Ivone Martinez recorded her second career double-double in the victory.
History: The Owls and Blazers have split their two previous meetings, FAU swept last season's meeting in Boca Raton behind a .762 hitting performance from Brittney Brown. Middle Tennessee leads the all-time series with FAU 17-2, but the Owls took a straight set win over the Blue Raiders last season.
