LAKE MARY, FL - After two rounds at the Magnolia Spring Break Classic, Florida Atlantic University's women's golf team finished in third-place on Wednesday, carding a total 657 (+81). The Owls' tournament play was highlighted by three individual top-20 finishes.

Marilyne Cadieux was Florida Atlantic's top finisher shooting 11-over 83 to tie for fourth-place. Cadieux ranked second in par 4 scoring and carded four birdies for the tournament.

Emily Peters maintained her seventh-place tie from round one scoring 9-over 81 in the second round to bring her total score to 161 (+17). Kayla DeSuza finished 13th to round out FAU's top-20 performers. DeSuza tied for 17th after the first round but shot 8-over 80 in the second to advance.

Florida Atlantic will travel to Orlando this weekend for their seventh tournament of the season. The Owls will play in Detroit's two-day Sunshine Spring Classic beginning on Sunday, March 10 at Rio Pinar Country Club.
