Men's Hoops Signs Pablo Bertone to Letter of Intent

BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic has signed guard Pablo Bertone to a National Letter of Intent.

Bertone is a former member of the Argentinean U-18 National team who will enroll at FAU in the fall. He averaged 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game last season. He will join Dennis Mavin as a freshman at FAU. Bertone is expected to see time at both guard positions and will give the Owls added depth in the backcourt.

FAU now has its full allotment of scholarships for the 2010-11 season and will return four starters from the 2009-10 season, when they made an eight win improvement from the previous season.
