Volleyball Takes Road Trip to Alabama

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will continue Sun Belt play with trips to South Alabama and Troy this weekend.
The Owls play South Alabama on Friday in Mobile, the two teams split last year's meetings with both teams winning on their home court. Kristyna Dzmuranova had 12 kills and 11 digs in FAU's five-set win in Boca Raton, which gave Jody Brown his 200th career victory.
FAU will move on to face Troy on Saturday. The Owls also split their two matchups with the Trojans, once again with each team successfully defending their home turf. Krystena Castro had 27 total kills in the two matches.
Friday's match against South Alabama starts at 6 p.m. eastern.
