Florida Atlantic University's women's tennis team was defeated by Boston College 7-0, Saturday afternoon. The match was the second in as many days in a three-match in four day home stand.
The dual match began with doubles play. The Owls (5-9) were defeated on courts one and two but Emma Rossiter and Cassie Bergeson won court three 8-5. With the losses on one and two Boston College picked up the first point.
BC then ran the table to pick up the win. FAU will next play host to Southern Illinois 1 p.m. Monday.
