Denton, TX - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team was defeated by North Texas on Friday night.
Kristyna Dzmuranova led the Owls will 11 kills on the night. FAU (3-12, 2-5 Sun Belt) fell behind early in both of the first two sets and were unable to catch up. The third set was a back and forth affair and the two teams were tied at 18 before NT closed on a 7-1 run to take the match.
FAU wraps up their road trip when they take on Denver on Sunday. The match starts at 3 p.m. eastern.
