The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team won its second straight match with a 6-1 win over Columbia University on Friday afternoon. FAU won all three doubles matches and five singles matches to win three of its last four matches to improve to 3-11 on the year.
The Owls won four of their singles matches in two sets with Natalia Totevska taking a decisive win at the no. 1 spot 6-1, 6-0 over Columbia's Nina Suda. Pia Terol also had a short match at the no. 6 spot as she defeated Kim McMenamin 6-1, 6-2.
FAU returns to action on Sunday to face Dartmouth in the squad's fifth match of the week.
