The Florida Atlantic University diving team started competition at the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships on Friday. Nick McMahon competed in the men's 3-meter event, while Samantha Schlachterman, Lauren Harvath and Lisa Thompson all participated on the 1-meter board.
McMahon finished in 36th on the 3-meter board with a score of 238.45. Samantha Schlachterman led the women with a 30th place showing (211.70). Harvath (210.70) and Thompson followed in 33rd and 40th place, respectively.
