BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will travel this weekend to take on Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. The Owls will face Arkansas State on Friday, October 24 at 8 p.m. and West Division-leader UALR on Sunday, October 26 at 2 p.m.
FAU (10-11, 3-6 Sun Belt) will continue its conference schedule against two Western Division teams. The UALR Trojans (18-4, 7-2) are the West's best defensive squad, second in the conference in both hitting percentage defense and blocks per set. Katie McCutcheon (second, 1.13) and Lora Dickey (ninth, 0.98) are among the Top-10 in the conference in individual blocks per set. The Trojans swept the Owls in 2007.
