Greenville, NC - The Florida Atlantic University men's golf team completed its final regular season tournament Tuesday at the Bradford Creek Intercollegiate in Greenville, NC.
Junior Michael Berger led FAU by (73, 69, 74 -216) shooting an even par over the three-round event hosted by East Carolina University. The par 72, 7,151 yard Bradford Creek Golf Course was the site of the tournament that featured 15 schools.
FAU (292, 283, 295 -870) completed the event in ninth place. Radford (286, 279, 282 -847) was the team winner, finishing one stroke ahead of Furman. The individual medalist was Nick Nosewicz (67, 70, 68 -205), who attends Barton College.
Billy Bowling (74, 69, 75- 218) shot 3-under par in the second round and completed the event in a tie for 31st. Adam Kolloff (71, 74, 74- 219), Derren Garber (74, 71, 75 -220), and Andrew Storm (77, 75, 72 -224) round out the Owl competitors with ties for 33rd, 40th, and 55th place respectively.
The Owls will begin the Sun Belt tournament on Monday, April 16th.
